Perhaps, he would have a more informed view of the situation; even better than what I may write. I am certain of Your Excellency’s justice and the trust that you will treat me with, as if you were my father. I pray to Allah to grant Your Excellency long life in order that the State may prosper and that your Excellency be granted many victories. Allah is the One who is Able to do so … etc”.
