He looked regal and began receiving the delegates and dignitaries of Hormuz who came to congratulate him. They came in individually and in groups. Then a man with two little boys walked in and the king stood up for them as he recognized whom they were. Rais Sharafuddin, the king’s uncle, came forward to introduce them. “This is my son, Nuruddin, and these are sons of your bother Feroz Shah: Prince Ferug Shah and Prince Salgor Shah,” he said. King Muhammad Shah kissed them and sat them to his sides. Being children, they could not stay there for long, and as soon as they got a chance when the Portuguese delegates came in to greet the king, they ran to their relatives; one to his grandfather and the other to his uncle.
