_ 491 _ Episodes of the year 1569 A royal decree was issued not to take things from the King of Ormuz, even if the King himself had granted them, Almireim (Coasts), on the 18th of March 1569:(38) I the King make known to those who see this mandate that the late King, my lord and grandfather, may his soul rest in peace, issued a decree to Torun Shah, King of Ormuz, ordaining that no captain of the fortress of Ormuz, nor factor nor any other official should take from the said King any robes, horses, revenues from palm wine, or any other thing that the Kings gave a against their will, and that if they took them.
