_ 492 _ To issue another similar decree to the factor and officials of the city and Customs House of Ormuz, present and future, commanding them that they should not take from t the King of Ormuz for themselves or for a third party the said robes, horses, palm-wine revenues or any other thing, even if they are given them by the King, since I am informed that he does so unwillingly, on pain of paying four times the value of whatever they receive or take from the said King, half to go to the informant and the other half to the hospital of that city(A). Also notify and command the said captain ,factor and officials that the contents of this s mandate are to be observed and respected, and it is to be entered in the records of the said factory and will be valid as a Letter drawn up in my name and signed by me and issued by my chancery, although it has not been so issued, notwithstanding any ordinance to the contrary.
