I hereby notify my Commander and the Governor of the parts of India, the Chief Officers of my Treasury, Captains, the factors and officials of the said fortress and city of Ormuz and persons to whom this may be shown and whom it may concern, and I command them that they obey what it contains and that they cause it to be obeyed and adhered to entirely, without any kind of doubt or obstacle being attached to it, for this is my award, and to confirm it. I have ordered the issue of this decree, signed by me and sealed with my seal attached and sent through my Chancellery.
