_ 152 _ make their profits and ransoms as they may deem best and out of what they may bring in return they shall further pay no dues than the said fourth only, without any other tithe or tenth entrance fee, because we condone all these dues, as we have said above. And so that all this be made known to all, we command this Charter to be passed signed by us. And those who should thus wish to make the said vessels and thus bind themselves to freight and load them in this manner and forward them to the said Indies, as has been said they can at once declare the same to us so that the said permission be sent them, and have their charters given them, to each a special one, so that they shall use them and for this respect we give them all other orders which on behalf of trade should be kept to, and done for our service and further benefit of those who should proceed there and send out. And such as thus in this year should have to load and send out as during the other two years following, for which we send this our said permission, as is herein declared, shall be obliged to take, and will take our prescripts which we shall order to be given them in the manner which three [in pencil] regates they are to follow those who go there (?) in conformity to those they take, and which were given them last year, and in the present one by our permits
