With regard to the House of the Urracas, I resolve and order my Captains and other officials not to take possession of it: nor may they acquire it by any means, even if the King wants to give it to them of his own free will, nor may they levy duties on the people whom the King appoints to the guazilados. Thus do I notify my Captain-in-Chief and Governor in those lands in India, my Chief Treasury Officers, Captains, factors and officials in the fortress in the city of Ormuz, send all other captains, officials and people, to whom this letter is shown and to whom it corresponds to have knowledge of it. I order them thus to adhere to it and enforce total compliance with and respect for it, in accordance with its contents. They are not to raise doubts or obstacles of my sort because such is my pleasure. In order to confirm this, I have ordered that the King of Ormuz be given this letter which I have signed and which has been sealed with my Royal Coats of Arms and issued in my Chancellery. I order that this letter by registered in the factory in the city of Ormuz so that it be forever known what I have ordered.
