Summary of pp. 275-85 [The rest of the letter deals with the Society’s affairs in Socotra, Goa, India, Malacca, China, Japan, etc., and particularly with appointments to those areas]. [Ends] The ninth of February. Cochin. [signed] Franciscus. Letters of Francis Xavier II pp.69-80.
