Dear brothers and honourable citizens, I should like to greet and welcome you today, and thank you for attending the inauguration of this new institution, the Sharjah Traffic Department – which is but another step forward towards consolidating our federation. My brothers, I should like to speak to you today openly, for I believe in the same things that you believe in, and I am keen to achieve the things that you wish for.
