In view of the information regarding your secretary’s activities, I now ask you my friend what action you are going to take to carry out your undertaking which you gave through me to the high British government and how you propose to put into effect your warning that you would severely punish any person infringing your order. you will realise that this is not a minor matter. it is one which affect your honour, and one from which the High British Government will be able to understand whether you, O’ Shaikh, are their loyal friend or not.
