In implementation of the directives of His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Muhammad Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah, a number of Quran memorization schools were opened in Ghana and Senegal.

This imitative reflects the vision of His Highness the Ruler of Sharjah,  in spreading knowledge, Islamic sciences, and human values with a moderate, middle-of-the-road vision that contributes to spreading the teachings of the Holy Quran and its sciences in African countries. 

Local officials and parents in Ghana and Senegal appreciated the support, interest and care of His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Muhammad Al Qasimi for the endeavors related to the Holy Quran. Residents expressed their gratitude and thanks to His Highness for his pioneering initiative to establish and sponsor such centers that will have a positive impact in various regions.
