His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Muhammad Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah, has directed to establish «Emiratisation Department» in the emirate of Sharjah to be responsible for the recruitment and follow-up of citizens in the private sector. 

The government will guarantee the difference in salaries of the recruited citizens in the private sector through this department.
