His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Muhammad Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah, and President of the University of Kalba, witnessed the signing of a memorandum of understanding (MoU) between the University of Kalba and Victoria International School in Sharjah on Thursday morning at the university's headquarters.
The MoU was signed by Dr. Najwa Mohammed Al Housani, Director of the University of Kalba, and Dean Bayerah, CEO of Victoria International School Group. The memorandum aims to foster collaboration in physical education and sports to contribute to building a healthier and happier community. It seeks to provide more opportunities for students of the College of Sports Sciences at the University to expand their knowledge and improve their skills, as well as enhance the expertise of the Victoria International School educational community.
According to the MoU, University of Kalba will provide academic expertise and consulting to the educational community at Victoria International School in the fields of physical education and sports sciences, while the school will work on developing students' academic and practical skills.

The MoU aims to enhance communication and cooperation between the two parties, and to exchange expertise and efforts to serve the sports sector and develop women's sports and society. The MoU was signed at the University of Kalba by Hanan Mohammed Al Mahmoud, Vice President of the SWSF, and Dr. Najwa Mohammed Al Hosani, Director of the University of Kalba.
According to the MoU, the two parties agreed to exchange visits between the University of Kalba and SWSF facilities, such as the Sharjah Women's Sports Olympic Centre, to review best practices, and to organise meetings with representatives of relevant centres and discuss opportunities for cooperation in using facilities, exchanging expertise, and promoting research.
