Ruler of Sharjah forms Suburb Councils of Al Rahmaniya, Al Hamriyah and Hayawa

His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Muhammad Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah, issued Emiri Decree No. (18) of 2021, regarding the formation of the Al Rahmaniya Suburb Council in the city of Sharjah.

The Decree stipulates that Al Rahmaniya Suburb Council in the city of Sharjah would be formed with the following members: Ahmed Garg Qambar Garg Rupari, Ahmed Abdullah Ahmed Mohammed Al Matrooshi, Badr Abdullah Hassan Ibrahim Al Hosani, Jamal Mohammed Suleiman Issa Al Hammadi, Hassan Abdullah Ali Mohammed Al Balgouni, Hamad Abdullah Khalifa bin Qasmol Al Suwaidi, Saif Saeed Saif bin Hazeem Al Ketbi, Atef Ahmed Abdelrahman Ahmed Karani, Abdulkarim Ahmed Yaqoub Yousef Al Hosani, Abdullah Issa Abdullah Ahmed Al Hammadi, Ali Saif Abdullah Hamed Al Abdouli, Issa Ahmed Obaid Al Mughani Al Naqbi and Majed Ahmed Abdullah Al Darwishi Al Shamsi.

The Decree also stipulates that the council would choose a chairman and a vice-chairman in its first meeting from among the members by agreement or by direct secret ballot, and by the majority of attendees. 

The vice-chairman shall replace the council’s chairman in all competencies during the chairman’s absence or the vacancy of the position, and the term of the holding the position is as determined by the executive regulations of suburban and village councils.

The term of membership in the council shall be four years, starting from its first meeting, and it shall continue to conduct its business upon the expiry of its term, until a new council is appointed. Those whose term of membership has expired may be reappointed.

Al Hamriyah Suburb Council

The Decree stipulates that Al Hamriyah Suburb Council in the city of Sharjah would be formed with the following members: Ahmed Ali Saeed Al Ketbi, Jamal Majid Saeed Mohammed Al Shamsi, Hamid Ali Obaid bin Khalaf Al Ali, Salem Mohammed Khalifa Al Suwaidi, Sultan Fayez Abdulrahman Fayez Al Shamsi, Saif Obaid Saif Bouvier Al Shamsi, Abdullah Sultan Abdullah bin Hareb Al Muhairi, Abdullah Imran Saif Nasser Al Shamsi and Majed Mohammed Obaid Muftah Al Shamsi.

The Decree stipulates that Hayawah Suburb Council in the city of Khorfakkan would be formed with the following members: Khaled Ahmed Hassan Buhendi Al Mansoori, Sultan Saeed Ali Mohammed Al Shehhi, Suleiman Rashid Hassan Rashid Al Naqbi, Abdulrahman Ali Abdulrahman Mohammed Al Naqbi, Ali Ibrahim Mohammed Abdullah Al Hosani, Ali Hassan Mohammed Ahmed Al Balushi, Mohammed Ibrahim Saad Mohammed Al Naqbi, Muaz Ibrahim bin Ahmed Mohammed Al Naqbi, Hani Saeed Khalifa Suleiman Al Naqbi, Yousef Ali Sultan Ahmed Al Hammadi and Youssef Issa Abdullah Madali Al Hammadi.
