H.H. Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Muhammad Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah, witnessed the honouring ceremony of winners of the Sharjah International Award for Cultural Heritage, at the headquarters of the Sharjah Heritage Institute.The ceremony, held in conjunction with World Heritage Day.

During the ceremony, film presented  about Cultural Heritage and the efforts of the Emirate of Sharjah to preserve and preserve the Heritage.

In the ceremony ,His Highness the Ruler of Sharjah witnessed a number of accompanying artistic and folkloric performances, including the offers by the Republic of Malta as a guest of honour for Sharjah Heritage Days.
