In line with the directives of His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Muhamamd Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah, aiming to provide a stable and a decent living for his citizens, the Sharjah Debt Settling Committee approved 14 million dirhams to pay for pay the debts of 46 cases. This was broadcasted through the “Direct Line” programme by the Sharjah Radio and Television Authority, which started that the beneficiaries will be contacted by the Sharjah Debt Committee.

In addition, the Sharjah Debt Handling Committee confirmed that it is current studying the approval of 70 cases. Furthermore, the total amount of dirhams towards the accredited cases will add up to 50 million dirhams. Since the number of the benefiting families of the debt covering that have been approved or those under study is 116.

The Committee for Land Allocation in Sharjah approved 707 applications for land plots grants in the Emirate of Sharjah.

The Sharjah Land Allocation Committee approved 707 residential land plots grants for the citizens of the Emirate. Meanwhile, 43 applications that did not meet the conditions have not been approved. This was decided upon during the recent meeting. The committee discussed the best ways to meet the residents' needs for residential lands. This also came in line with the directives of His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Muhammad Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah, and in close follow-up by the Executive Council headed by His Highness Sheikh Sultan bin Mohammed bin Sultan Al Qasimi, Crown Prince and Deputy Ruler of Sharjah by meeting the citizens' needs of lands and providing it to them according to advanced, fast and simple procedures.
