His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Muhammad Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah, handed over to His Excellency Taleb Al Marri, Director General of the Department of Awqaf in Sharjah, the ownership certificate of Sheikh Saeed bin Hamad Al Qasimi building, to be run and supervised by the department. Sheikh Saeed bin Hamad Al Qasimi building consists of a commercial and residential building in the Suhaila area in the city of Kalba. 

His Highness handed over the building during the inauguration of 41 commercial and residential buildings overlooking Kalba Beach. His Highness confirmed the compensation of the owner of each building with 150 thousand dirhams to replace the revenues that have stopped during recent years, and stressed that this amount is a right and not a grant or a favour.
