Under directives of His Highness Sheikh Dr Sultan Bin Muhammad Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah, the Sharjah Department of Town Planning and Survey has announced that it will provide a total of AED 67 million in compensation to owners of homes and businesses whose properties were affected by government projects in Kalba.

The news was announced during the "Direct Line" programme aired by the Sharjah Broadcasting Authority.
