His Highness issued an Emiri decree appointing the President for the Court of Cassation in Sharjah. The decree stipulates that Judge Ahmed Abdullah Al Mulla will assume the role of President of the Court of Cassation, under the special job classification system within the Sharjah government's judicial cadre, effective January 1, 2026.
His Highness issued an Emiri decree appointing the Chairman of the Judicial Department in the Emirate of Sharjah. The decree stipulates that Judge Dr Mohammed Obaid Al Kaabi be appointed Chairman of the Judicial Department, under the special job classification system within the Sharjah government's judicial cadre, effective January 1, 2026.

The decree stipulates that Sheikh Faisal bin Ali bin Abdullah Al Mualla has been appointed as the Secretary-General of the Judicial Council, with the rank of Director-General under the Sharjah Government's Special Positions System, effective January 1, 2026.
Furthermore, His Highness issued two Emiri decrees appointing judges and members of the judiciary in the Emirate of Sharjah. The decrees stipulate that the appointments included 38 First Instance Court Judges, 7 Court of Cassation Judges, 17 Appeals Court Judges, two Public Prosecutors, and two Assistant Chief Prosecutors.
