His Highness Sheikh Dr Sultan bin Muhammad Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah, has  approved the allocation of an area on Khorfakkan Ring Road for expanding the Al Mudaifi residential suburb in Khorfakkan.

The area includes 121 residential plots of land, which are currently being leveled to expedite the construction of a residential complex comprising 60 homes as a first phase for urgent delivery to those in critical need.

His Highness Ruler of Sharjah has also approved the awarding of the first phase of Al Dahiyat residential complex in Kalba for Dhs68 million. He instructed the authorities concerned to expedite carrying out the phase for handover to eligible families.
