His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan Bin Muhammad Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah, has approved Dhs17,500 as a minimum monthly salary of every citizen working in Sharjah Police. Recently Sheikh Sultan had approved the first phase of the ‘Sultan Project for Decent Living’, which included an increase in the pensions of 453 federal retirees of Sharjah Police with a retroactive effect from Jan.1, 2018. As part of this Dhs40-million-per-year project, the pension of the federal retiree of Sharjah Police will reach Dhs17,500.
