His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Muhammad Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah, has sent a congratulatory cable to Sheikh Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah on the occasion of his inauguration as Emir of Kuwait.
