The father Sultan continues confirming every day that he is the caring father of all, the ruler whose priorities, interests, and concerns are preceded by the affairs of his citizens and raising their standards of living to the highest levels. This is not surprising, from His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Muhammad Al Qasimi Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah, who, since the first day, committed himself with this noble task of leading people, directing their affairs, and managing the proceedings that influence their lives. This is undoubtedly one of the most prominent characteristics of a just, knowledgeable ruler who is familiar with the details regarding the lives of his children.

The talk of the father Sultan yesterday, through the broadcast of the “Direct Line” program from the Sharjah Radio and Television had a cooling, peaceful and a reassuring effect on the hearts and souls of his children in these hot days. The first good news was that the advancement of society is the first of his concerns. These are rather few words, but they carry lots of meaning; since the advancement of society means the development of its people, their concerns and issues. Taking them to heights of civilization, and the expansion of horizons, to include many years to come, with the changes and developments that they bring. On top of which is the industrial revolution and the accelerated digital evolution which continues to startle us day after another with something new.

His Highness says: we received 12,000 job applications, and the government has a thousand jobs. So, there are 11,000 young men and women who will remain on the waiting list. This will not be done overnight, and young men cannot be pushed to government offices and accumulated in them without work. Since neither the young man nor the young woman will accept that they become a burden and the governmental departments do not allow slackness. Therefore, the solution, as His Highness thinks, is to establish companies affiliated with the government in which citizens contribute. So that everyone will be partners in building a business system that benefits and advances the country. In addition to aiding in eliminating unemployment and creating promising opportunities for future generations. With the creation of an annual salary which exceeds 120 thousand dirhams.

Sultan, the one which possesses the white generous hand, reminded his sons, who performed military service and reassured the 400 young men that he will not leave them without jobs. And this will push these young people and urge them to serve the country with dedication and sincerity. Because they would attain the tranquility of mind. 

With the compassion of the father, he advised his children to arrange priorities, and to stay away from shiny deceptive appearances, including cars and others. As they only come with loans, and then it would be a problem, not a luxury. He addressed his graduating children, that he is with them and by their side when they arrange their affairs. He gave glad tidings to everyone that the day will come, "when we will say to the Social Affairs and Services: I will suffice my children”. Everyone is waiting impatiently for the father Sultan, to appear on the radio, in his warm, reassuring voice. Whenever His Highness appears, he does so, with good tidings and spaces of hope in between the folds of his words.
